Our summer rock camp program stands alone- there is no other like it. Over twenty dedicated professionals, teachers and gig musicians are there all summer to work with you every day-all day! Unlimited band opportunities with live rock concerts weekly! Perform regularly at Long Lakes own "LongLakeAppalooza" with up to 15 bands rocking the house down. Making you sound the best we use a wall of double cab Marshall concert amps and an Ampeg 8x10 with a tube head with enough power to blow the roof off...We have professional studio grade guitars for you to use if you wish from Fender Stratocaster and Gibson Les Paul...
Bands have regular recording and practice sessions in our two new state of the arts recording facilities. You create your own CD's and music videos for you to show all your friends at home and to record exec's to try and score a recording contract.
For private lessons- Long Lake summer rock camp is the best. You get valuable time spent with our spectacular musicians and coaches, each with their own equipped studios, helping you to master your instrument becoming the best rocker you can be. Guitarists, Drummers, Keyboardists, Vocalists, Bassists, Song Writers and rock video makers and more between the ages of 10 and 16 all come together to create at our summer rock fest held each year on the Long Lake Camp campus.

In addition to our already highly regarded music program we have an intensive rock camp program for those ROCKERS wishing to study Rock n Roll. Our guitarists, drummers, singers and bass players are surrounded by our beautiful campus with all the benefits of a sleep away summer camp. Along with rock you can enjoy our fine arts and music, theater and circus, waterfront and land sports, including ATV's and horse riding. You will join in with our camp fires and overnight ca mping trips( if you wish) making new friends daily in your bunk and around camp.

Advanced Guitarist Clinic...Session 1 2011...Rock Intensive....
For those guitarist who wish to explore all aspects of guitar perormance our advanced guitar clinic is your perfect choice. You will be taught by proffesional guitarist Gilad Ben-Zvi and join other advanced player to learn, play and grow as musicians. This will be in addition to regular classes and rehearsals open to our Rock Intensive campers. The course will cover the following areas.
-- The wood and the electronics of the Guitar.
-- Musicians ethics, the Pro-Guitarist commitment in today's music scene.
-- Influences and mimicking, finding your own sound.
-- Guitar Maintenance.
-- Amps, Effects, the Pedal Board and Wiring.
-- Performance class ,Working in/with/as a band.
-- Listening lessons.
In addition to these master classes we are also running our "Top Musician" competition, you will be given challenging musical assignments (writting songs, playing, performing original pieces), all needed to be a professional musician today.

Theater Camp and Film Camp at Long Lake
We are very excited to let you know that two of our ex-campers, academy award winning actor Adrien Brody and Corey Stoll (recently co-starred in the movie Salt) will star in Woody Allen's upcoming romantic comedy Midnight in Paris.
