The Waterfront at Long Lake Camp is popular for the excitement and the views; from almost
everywhere on the campus we get spectacular views of sparkling blue water amid lush
green forest. Our sandy and sunny beach is a great place to get together with new
friends. We specialize in water sports especially Wakeboarding-Tubing and Skiing.
You can even be part of our Wakeboarding Intensive during the third session (see below for details).
Long Lake itself is a pure and natural lake, fed by the Raquette River. It is 18 miles long
and part of a chain that stretches over a hundred miles. Because the lake is surface-fed
(versus cold underground springs) and extends so many miles, there is time for the sun to
heat the water to a comfortable 72° for nonstop fun in the sun.
