Long Lake Camp For The Arts Parents Weekends
At the end of each session we have a wonderful celebration of all the hard work and fun the campers have had. We invite parents and their family to come to camp for the last few days to share in camp and support their children before taking them home. The weekend starts on the last Friday of your session at 2.30pm with shows until 10pm. Then restarts at 9am on the Saturday with shows until 10pm. The final Sunday is a pick up only day to take your children home in the morning between 8am and 11am. TBD: We may be asking for all adults and siblings attending the parents weekend be Covid Vaccinated.
Over the weekend we will present:
- 5 Musicals and 4 Plays
- Up to 100 Music performances on stage, by the lake and recitals.
- Fine Arts Gallery featuring every imaginable art form indoors and out
- Film festival with 15 to 20 original short Films
- 3 Ring Flying Circus Extravaganza
- Dance Festival Original Choreographed Show
- Outdoor Rock Concert
- Comedy stand up Show
- Improv Show
- Horse riding show
- Wake Boarding, Wake Surfing demonstration
We will provide food during the weekend with outdoor BBQ’s overlooking the stunning Adirondack Park and live Rock Concert. Our parents tell us they love the weekends as Long Lake is such a relaxing and beautiful place.
