We are a summer performing arts camp, music camp, acting camp, dance camp, fine arts camp, circus camp, theater camp and rock camp that goes beyond the traditional idea of a summer arts camp. With unique creative arts, dance and music focused summer arts camp programs catering to campers aged 10 to 16 wishing to immerse themselves in a summer acting camp, performing arts camp, music camp, fine arts camp, dance camp, rock band camp, dance intensive camp, circus camp and more. Campers choose their own schedule from our theater camp, drama camp, acting camp, musical theater camp, dance camp, fine arts camp, music camp, rock band camp, film camp, summer dance intensive camp and circus camp, concentrating on the performing arts camp and visual arts camp and music camp activities they love. By creating their own performing arts program Long Lakers get exactly what they want in rewarding summer art fun and learning. We have seven key performing art and visual arts camps all in one spectacular location, music camp, dance camp, theater camp, fine arts camp, circus camp, intensive dance camp and rock camp. Our summer theater arts camp produces over thirty Broadway shows per summer. As a summer acting camp we offer you acting lessons with professionals and the opportunity to perform weekly and in our end of session shows in one of our three theaters. We also offer improv classes and short play scene studies with monologues to hone your acting skills in front of a live audience in our theaters. Our visual art camp offers you 16 studio's to create in and over 20 artists in residence, eager to share their knowledge and dedication for fine art and visual art forms. Our summer music camp offers you private tuition in over 20 different instruments and we excel with our summer music jazz bands, orchestra and classical groups plus all our music camp and summer rock music band camp programs. Our summer dance camp and summer dance intensive programs offers you private and group dance tuition as part of our summer ballet camp program, jazz camp, hip hop camp, modern dance camp and contemporary dance camp. We also offer you an intensive dance camp option with daily classes and dance intensives choices. Our campus in upstate New York is a stunning country setting with green lawns nestled along the shores of a clear blue lake. Beautiful fieldstone buildings, professional performance and studio spaces are all a part of the fresh mountain air and views that surround us.
